Reliability / Availability:

Our property managers and support staff are available by phone and email during regular business hours Monday through Friday. We also have a 24 hour emergency system available to all residents.

(DAM) Property Manager/Managing Broker is licensed by the State of Michigan.

Distinct Asset Management maintains Errors and Omissions, General Liability, and Workman's Compensation insurance. We also maintain a Fidelity Bond to protect the fiduciary funds held in the management custodial accounts.
